adequate stay , issues noted
small pool missing air conditioning
the hotel did not meet all expectations. the indoor pool was small , the water temperature was low. i found this disappointing, as the photos online suggested a larger and more inviting space. additionally , our room lacked air conditioning , a feature i expect in a four-star hotel , particularly given the price.

small toilet limited counter space
The location was convenient and provided easy access. The provided ski room facilities proved very useful.
The room I had included a toilet, so small, I could hardly move. The bathroom was also too small. The lack of counter space was frustrating. I had to leave the door open to dry my hair (an inconvenience).
